Wanderpool, LLC, doing business as DigyNow, operates this website. This notice explains how we handle information on this website, including purchases. It does not replace the separate privacy notice for any app.
Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message, and information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, provide support, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Please send only information needed for your inquiry.
Purchases
Checkout is provided by Stripe, which collects your payment details, email address and billing address to process the payment, calculate any sales tax and prevent fraud. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, billing location and order details; we never receive your full card number. We use this information to deliver your files, provide support, and keep business and tax records.
Order emails
We send your download link by email through Brevo, our email service provider. We don’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails because you made a purchase.
Website operation
Our hosting providers, Hetzner (servers) and Cloudflare (network delivery and security), process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the site. Fonts and images are served from the website. This website has no advertising trackers or customer accounts.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the website, which pages they read, and which links they follow. We do not use advertising features, Google signals, or ad personalization. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are off by default and Google receives only cookieless, aggregated measurements. You can block Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or your browser’s cookie settings.
Your preferences
The light or dark theme and language you select are saved in your browser’s local storage. These preferences are not used to identify you or track you across websites. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.
Service providers & retention
Our hosting, payment, email and analytics providers process information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, and other correspondence only as long as needed for the inquiry and legitimate business records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting [email protected]. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify the request.

This website is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has sent. External websites have their own privacy practices.
