What we offer
This website presents DigyNow’s digital products. Printable games can be purchased here as digital downloads. Our other collections are previews and are not for sale yet. Product images and previews are illustrative.
Purchases and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
Delivery
After payment you are taken to your download page, and we email you a link to it. Download links are personal: please don’t share them. If you can’t access your files, contact us and we’ll help.
Your license
When you buy a printable, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own events and non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, upload, redistribute or modify the files for sale, or present the designs as your own. The designs remain the property of Wanderpool, LLC.
Refunds
Because digital files are delivered immediately, sales are final once your files are available. If a file is defective, doesn’t match its description, or you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Apps
DigyNow apps are distributed through Google Play and the App Store. Each app has its own terms and privacy notice, available on its website and store listing.
Content & permitted use
You may browse this website and share links to it. Site branding and original content belong to Wanderpool, LLC or their respective licensors. Viewing the website does not grant a license to redistribute or sell its content or products.
Third-party names
Canva, Apple, Google, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement of DigyNow.
Responsible use
Please do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or use it for unlawful activity. Contact us if you find inaccurate information or a technical issue.
Updates
We may update this website and these terms as our products develop. The terms in effect when you make a purchase apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
